First chapter noncon + rescue oneshot if that's the only part you want to read. Second/third chapters for aftermath/recovery.
Consensual Fratt starts in forth chapter. Additional chapters are entirely Fratt sex-as-a-coping-mechanism smut. Time skips in between with smut-focus.
